Children’s Homes in England. Five progressively structured lessons, five different child-centred scenarios, five colourful HTML diagrams, five case-feedback panels, fifteen self-knowledge checks with expandable feedback and a ten-question assessment. This course complements, rather than replaces, approved restrictive-intervention training and safeguarding procedures.
Practical conflict prevention, calm communication, collaborative resolution, proportionate safety responses and restorative follow-up for residential childcare staff in England.
