Who We Are
Emerge Social Care Advisory & Consulting is a registered company acting as trusted advisors to guide organisations in children's care to move beyond compliance.
We are an advisory platform and consultancy that facilitates registration, management, and compliance solutions.
You agree to:
- Keep your communications and login details confidential.
- Notify us immediately if your portal account is compromised.
- Not allow any unauthorized third party to use your account.
Permitted Use
You may use our services to:
- Access compliance resources and templates
- Book consultations and strategy sessions
- Engage with our training and recruitment programs
- Manage your organization's Ofsted registration process
Prohibited Use
You may not use our services for:
- Fraud, scams, or impersonation
- Illegal businesses or contraband
- Harassment or threats
- Any activity prohibited by UK or international law
- Reselling our proprietary consultancy templates and packs without permission
We reserve the right to refuse service to any entity engaging in prohibited activities.
Fees
We may charge fees for:
- Consultancy and Advisory Packages
- Custom Documentation and Mock Inspections
- Ongoing retained compliance support
Your Privacy
Under data protection legislation, we are required to provide you with certain information including who we are, how we process your personal data and for what purposes and your rights in relation to your personal data. Changes to these terms
We may need to change these terms to reflect changes in law or best practice or to deal with additional services which we introduce.
We will give you at least 30 days notice of any major change.
If you do not accept the notified changes, you may not be permitted to continue utilizing certain services.
Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights in the website, the documentation, and the consultancy materials throughout the world belong to us (or our licensors). You have no intellectual property rights in, or to, the materials other than the right to use them in accordance with these terms for your own organization's compliance.
Our Responsibility
Limitations to the Services.
Our services provide expert guidance on Ofsted registration and compliance. However, ultimate responsibility for meeting regulatory standards remains with the registered provider. We do not guarantee outcomes of regulatory inspections, though our guidance significantly increases success rates.
We are not liable for business losses.
If you use our templates for any commercial resale purpose, we will have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity.
We are not responsible for events outside our control.
If our provision of the services is delayed by an event outside our control then we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimise the effect of the delay.
WE MAY END YOUR CONTRACT IF YOU BREAK THESE TERMS
We may end our services at any time by contacting you if you have broken these terms in a serious way. If what you have done can be put right we will give you a reasonable opportunity to do so.
Which laws apply to this agreement
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and the courts shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this agreement.
