About this course

TRAUMA-INFORMED AND PSYCHOLOGICALLY INFORMED PRACTICE

For Children’s Homes in England. This course moves from understanding stress and felt safety to co-regulation, safe responses to incidents, team formulation and whole-home culture. Five distinct cases feature children aged 7–11. Each lesson includes a colourful HTML decision diagram, a practical workshop with expandable model feedback and three open-response self-knowledge checks. This is care-practice training, not a clinical qualification or a substitute for safeguarding procedures.

Practical trauma-informed and psychologically informed residential care: felt safety, co-regulation, incident response, team formulation and whole-home culture.
